What is the difference between a request and an online reservation?
Request: Your team needs to confirm the request first. Online reservation: SubitoBook automatically checks availability for the requested party size. Guests only see available times and receive their confirmation directly after booking.
Do our guests need an app?
No. Guests use online booking and table service in their browser. For table service, they use the table’s QR code or their personal reservation link during the visit.
Does table service replace our team?
Your team still looks after the guests. SubitoBook brings requests together so you can plan your work. You decide which table service options to offer.
Do we need our own website for online reservations?
No. You receive a direct SubitoBook booking link you can share – for example on your Google Business Profile, where reservation links are available. Online booking can also be added to an existing website.
